Release notes
MBOVerse POS v1.0.7.8 introduces a major checkout usability and visibility improvement. The POS Sales screen has been redesigned with a clearer three-zone layout for products, cart, and billing. Product names, prices, SKU, stock status, and selected-product state are now significantly easier to read. Cart rows, quantity controls, totals, payment fields, Change, receipt options, and Complete Sale have improved visual hierarchy. The release is optimized for common retail resolutions including 1366×768 and Windows 125% display scaling. Standard and Advanced modes continue to use the same core checkout workflow.
Known issues
No known critical issues. Minor visual differences may occur with unusual Windows DPI settings, custom font scaling, or resolutions below the validated minimum. FBR Digital Invoicing production functionality is not active in this desktop release and remains disabled for existing customers.
Upgrade instructions
Close MBOVerse POS before upgrading. Use the in-app update notification and select Update Now, or run MBOVerse-POS-Setup-v1.0.7.8.exe over the existing installation. Uninstallation is not required. Existing cloud business data, API configuration, printer preferences, receipt settings, and supported local preferences are preserved. This is an optional update; users who choose Later may continue using v1.0.7.7. After installation, launch MBOVerse POS and verify that the application version is 1.0.7.8.
